Health and Wellness Program

Sewa’s health and wellness program offers a comprehensive range of services that cater to physical, mental, and emotional health needs of the community. We offer a variety of programs based on traditional practices like yoga, meditation, and ayurveda combining those with modern exercise routines together to promote a holistic approach to health encouraging lifelong wellness habits.
We provide education on common health issues within the Indian community, such as diabetes and cardiac diseases. Our program raises awareness about the importance of exercise, preventive care, and mental health, while considering specific cultural, dietary, lifestyle, and stress-related factors. Through a combination of educational workshops and regular physical activity programs, we empower individuals to take control of their health and adopt a balanced lifestyle.
The Stop Diabetes Movement program aims to create a comprehensive, community-based approach to diabetes prevention and management. By combining education, nutritional guidance, physical activity, and community engagement, the program strives to empower individuals to take control of their health and reduce the prevalence of diabetes.
Knowing your healthy self is the foundation for a fulfilling and balanced life. By focusing on your physical health, mental well-being, and lifestyle choices, you can empower yourself to lead a healthier, happier life.
